Who We Are
Will is the sole owner and operator of Cockman Building Group. Will is with you throughout your project from the first meeting to the finish of construction.
Goose is the lead Project Manager and Quality Control Engineer for Cockman Building Group. Goose is on site every day to make sure your project runs smoothly.
Riggs is the current intern for Cockman Building Group. He fills project specific needs for the company but at the end of the day is just added liability.

A set of plans is also very helpful. If you don’t have a set of plans, we have relationships with many architects/ engineers to aid you in this step.

The price largely depends on the specifications you want in your home. We can provide a standard home price over the phone once we know a few details about your house and the land you want to build on.
If our standard home price is within your budget from our first conversation, we will schedule a site consultation to get a final contract price to you.

The average home build takes six to nine months to complete, depending on the size of the home, weather conditions, and material availability. Permitting and county approvals will add additional time before construction begins.

Absolutely, this is your property or your house, and you may use it as you wish while we are under construction.
With this being said, I would not advice working from home if we are building onto your existing home/ office space.
